Take ownership or outsource?
One of the major benefits of BoardWorks is that it can be deployed on your own corporate network or on our SAS 70 certified servers. Alternatively, if you want the benefits of ownership but are not ready for deployment internally, we can offer dedicated hosting services or a transitional program where you can migrate from one platform to the other.
Directors' Site

Meetings – Provides access to active published meeting agendas, created by Meeting Builder that the current user has been invited to.
Alerts – Alerts are for time-sensitive material to securely notify BoardWorks users via any standard email platform. Sensitive content is stored in BoardWorks, and can be securely accessed after receiving the alert.
Communications – Communications consists of one or more attachments, and is designed for distributing general information that isn't time sensitive, but might have previously been periodically delivered by courier.
Corporate Information – Web links to other resources can be included here, such as information about general policies, stock prices, or public news releases.
Directors’ Guide – This section provides an electronic repository for the paper- based guide, allowing it to be broken into smaller documents and organized in a table of contents format.
General Board Information – Board programs can be stored here and optionally organized by year or committee.
Contacts – Contact information can be uploaded in separate documents and included here.
Links – Important website links/URLs are displayed here for one-click access.
Change Password – Ability for users to change their own passwords.
Surveys – Create and tabulate board surveys, or single form surveys as a way to provide consent on proposed resolutions.
Search – Search by key word text in all or select content of the site. Narrow search results by date range too. Search results stay within your security settings (only access content you have permission to see).
Discussions – View, participate and create in discussions. Each meeting has its own discussion, but ad-hoc discussions can be created by administrators or directors. Participants are invited to join.
