Datacare Software Group enhances Global Corporate Manager (GCM) group charting features as a result of OEM Agreement with Human Concepts, LLC
Integration of Org Plus viewer and XML adaptor enable GCM clients to achieve better transparency of their organizational structure
New York, NY, July 29, 2003 - Datacare Software Group, a global leader in corporate governance and entity management software today announced a strategic OEM and reseller agreement with Human Concepts, LLC, the world leader in charting tools, to embed their XML based Org viewer into Datacare Software Group's Global Corporate Manager application. The integration of the two products will enable companies to seamlessly produce real time and point-in-time group charts, providing complete transparency for the organizational structure.
The new XML technology from Human Concepts allows DSG clients to visualize their GCM group information instantly, rather than through traditional import/export processes. Combined with the power of charting within GCM clients can produce full or partial trees, with limitless content all with a single click.
